Hawkwoods M98 Wh Mini V-Lok Data have been added to the Mini V-Lok Data range.
The Hawkwoods M98 mini battery system offers all the features of the standard size V-Lok battery in a small, lightweight V-Lok case. This is the perfect solution if you want long run times but want to save on weight and space!
This particular D version has an auto resetting PCM meaning if the battery were to shut down and go into protection mode there is no need to attach it to a charger to reset the board as it does this automatically. This is perfect for shooting in the field where a charger isn’t always accessible.
The Hawkwoods M98 also has a SMBUS communication system which is compatible with RED cameras and any equipment that uses SMBUS. This system will allow the user to easily view the batteries power percentage on the display of the equipment they are using, this intelligent software will also give a time remaining for a more accurate battery charge level.
These batteries will work on all existing fittings and chargers.
Within the 100Wh bracket, this battery is flight safe for carry-on luggage, volumes are subject to the airline! Built in fuel gauge, thermal protection, short circuit protection, discharge and voltage protection are all still features. Lastly the battery has the benefit of 1 x Power-Con output which will provide nominal battery voltage.
